Restaurant Spotlight:
Thanh Tam Sandwiches
2766 Capital Circle NE
Thanh Tam is one of those Tally spots you hear about from a friend, not an ad. Killer bánh mì, super fresh, and the Vietnamese coffee is strong enough to fix your whole day. Quick, cheap, and way better than another boring chain lunch.
Our Go-To Order:
Bahn Mi Ga Nuong (Grilled Chicken Sandwich)

Hidden Gem of the Week:
Lake Talquin… Lore
14850 Jack Vause Landing Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32310

I always heard Talquin didn’t just flood the woods, it flooded whatever was already living out there. Old roads, foundations, places people don’t talk about anymore. When the water drops and you see lines or shapes that look too straight, locals will just say “that’s been there a long time.” Probably just old river history… but if you go out there when it’s foggy or right at dusk, it feels different. Most people will tell you to just go see it for yourself.
