Better results don't always require more supplements.
Most supplement routines are built on guesswork.
SuppCo fixes that. They help you audit product quality, optimize your budget, and track the exact nutrient density of your stack. You take the right dosages from trusted sources. Nothing more, nothing less.
Plus, their core features are free. Not a trial. Just free.
Download the SuppCo app to see what you're actually taking. Then start building a routine that makes sense for your body and your budget.
Your workouts aren't random. Your supplements shouldn't be either.
Restaurant Spotlight:
Taqueria Miranda
5323 W Tennessee St & 3105 Apalachee Pkwy
If you can’t tell by now, I’m a sucker for local hole-in-the-wall places. It’s the type of spot you won’t know is there until you are looking for it. If you are looking for authentic Mexican that will leave you full, this is your place. No lie, I’ll put it in my top two for Taco places.
P.S. Let me know if y’all would like me to start ranking all these listed spots! Just reply to the email; I read ‘em all!
Our Go-To Order:
Asada Tacos

Hidden Gem of the Week:
The Challenger Learning Center: Planetarium
200 S Duval St

Not so hidden, but hear me out. I have been to the Challenger Learning Center a few times, but until recently, I had never ventured into the Planetarium. The pictures do not do the 50ft digital dome justice. This is one of those spots you take the kids, but you are just as entertained as they are. My fav was the “Stars over Tallahassee.” They give you a close up view to the stars you have probably stared at a thousand times in your backyard, shining right over Tallahassee.
Random Tally Fact:

If you are like me, you’ve noticed a lot of things named “Red Hills _____” around here. For good reason. Our red clay made Tallahassee the richest region in Florida before the Civil War from the crops it produced. Some argue Tallahassee was one of, if not the richest, regions in the nation!
Let me know!
Hit reply and tell me what you loved (or what sucked). I’ll feature the best tips and keep next week’s playbook stacked with the real winners!
Until next time,
